Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you write a review: your rating, review text, display name and visit year, which are published, and your email address, which is used only to verify the review and contact you about it. It is never published, sold or shared. We store a one-way hashed form of your IP address to stop abuse.
• When a practice claims a listing: the contact's name, role, email and phone, used to verify and manage the listing.
• Analytics: we count page views with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or personal profiles.
• Advertising: if display ads are shown, the ad provider may use cookies on directory and guide pages, subject to its own policy and your browser settings. Ad code never runs on review or claim forms.

What we never do

We don't sell personal information. We don't share reviewer emails with doctors, practices or advertisers. We don't use what you type into forms for advertising.

Your choices

To have your review removed, or your data deleted, email admin@urologywisconsin.com from the address you used.

UrologyWisconsin is a directory, not a health care provider, and doesn't hold medical records. Please don't send us health information.
